Booking services for your beloved pet should be an exciting process, but it can feel overwhelming if you’re not sure what to expect. To help you navigate this journey with confidence, we've created this guide to clarify the important policies you should know before making an appointment.
Cancellations
One of the most important things to understand when booking your appointment is the cancellation policy. Flexibility is key, and we want to accommodate any changes to your schedule.
If you need to cancel, simply let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. This gives us the chance to fill your slot without inconveniencing anyone else.
However, if you frequently cancel appointments, please note that you may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings. This deposit will be 50% of the expected service cost. This helps ensure that both parties are committed to the appointment.
Payment Policy
Understanding the payment policy is crucial for a smooth experience.
All payments are due when you receive the service. It's essential to be prepared to pay right away to avoid any delays. We offer several secure payment methods, including online payments, cash, checks, and mobile payment services. This variety allows you to use whatever method works best for you.
Having multiple payment options is particularly beneficial for pet owners who might need to handle unexpected expenses quickly, as vet care can sometimes come at unexpected times.

Refunds or Disputes
It's important to be informed about our refund and dispute policy to manage your expectations.
Refunds are available but only under certain conditions. For example, if you pay for a service that cannot be completed, we may issue a refund, but this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Consider a situation where you booked a drop-in visit for medication administration. If the visit occurs but your pet’s temperament prevents medication from being given—like if a cat is hiding or uncooperative—the fee for the drop-in visit will still be charged. However, the medication fee will be waived. We strive to deliver the best possible care and will ensure all other services are completed on your behalf.
Regarding Medication Administration
If your pet needs medication during our visit, there are several requirements to ensure safe and proper care.
All medication must be prescribed by a Practicing Veterinarian who has established a Veterinary Client Patient Relationship (VPCR). This ensures that the medication is appropriate for your pet’s individual needs.
Furthermore, the medications must have clear and accurate labels that include dosage instructions and your pet's information. They must be in their original containers, which should have the veterinary practice’s information clearly displayed.
Remember, without the right documentation and a Veterinarian’s authorization, we cannot administer medication. These steps are vital for your pet’s safety and health.
